You don't say much about the Google OS prediction. Here's what I think: it will be a netbook-centric OS and not really for desktops. It will be a light-weight OS that really demands network connectivity. I don't think that's really the thing for home users or enterprise that need to run certain apps, but just the think for netbooks.
