The problem with using Skype in the business environment is it's end-user licensing agreement. Anyone bothering to read it will find that they are agreeing to allowing Skype to use the processing power of their computers and the bandwidth of their network to facilitate calls from third parties. Although it's unlikely that this would happen in practice, how can a commercially and legally aware company sign up to such an agreement? For all of those using Skype, read the agreement before making your decision.
