I'm still seeing periodic CPU spiking with Firefox, especially after installing the latest update. There's a lot of discussion on various forums about it being related to badly coded sites, flash, flashblock or adblock plugins. I don't want to go back to IE, but I don't want to suffer memory leaks and CPU spiking with Firefox either.
I'm not optimistic about 2.0 resolving this issue.
