I think Google is write. The onus should be on a spider to produce good RDF. I think however Google was just a little bit scathing on Web designers. A person should be able to write something in Natural Language and have a spider translate this into RDF. This is after all what Google in in the business is doing.
There is also the "racket" of users attemting to use keywords and other aspects of metalanguage to get their own web pages to the top. Quite clearly this is NOT a sound basis on which to judge the quality of work.
Third point, if we create words in RDF this will sinply be giving Google extra search terms.
