I feel that patent rules and laws need changing to give individuals and small businesses the chance to compete with bigger corporation like MICROSOFT, ORACLE, IBM, GOOGLE etc. Does this mean that as I have a similar idea, I can use it because GOOGLE has got a patent? What if my product or solution is more robust than that GOOGLE intends to provide and meets the needs of global users. Are big corporation scared to compete fairly.
