Agreed. The 'net ceratinly can be addictive - where else can you work, play, research, purchase, learn, communicate and participate so easily AND on such a global scale?

However, it's all about the work-life balance - don't forget to go socialise - get on your bike, visit somewhere cool, go down the pub, go see a movie, wander 'round an art gallery...
