Many online banks and others provide a secure link with an online form for the equivalent of email. This form on silicon.com is similar but you get to see what you sent when it appears as readers's comment. The bank forms however just disappear into limbo and you have no record of what you sent when or if you get a reply. I resort to composing the message in notepad and copy it into the form so that I have a record I can quote from when I get the usual partial answer. Advice - if you want to raise two points always use two separate messages.
