Where 2 sites gives similar results, the one people find more usable is likely to be more popular, wow, what a suprise.
And what a surprise that Google has a lower ad click through rate, how many people click on an ad, not realising its an ad at the time? Often, once they realise it was an ad and not a proper search engine result, they'll go back again. Therefore Google are also likely providing more targetted traffic for those people with ads.
Oh, and Ivan Ley, nice of you to spam the comments with a link to your own companies site. Which you can hardly describe as a search engine by the way.
"The search results are powered by all the major CPC (Cost Per Click) organisations in the Internet market sector. E-Spotting, Overture, Find What."
So in other words, all the sites listed in your search results are from paid inclusion. God knows how many good resources someone would miss out on by using go4.it instead of say Google.
