Staff at budget airline Ryanair have been set up with a website where they can make their feelings about their employer felt, located at www.ryan-be-fair.org.
The site, still in 'holding page' mode, is backed by the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) and European Transport Workers' Federation.
It will allow workers to speak openly and - in some cases - anonymously. The ITF and others have said that employees in the past have not spoken out for fear of reprisals.
Ryanair famously does not recognise unions, though bosses such as founder Michael O'Leary say the company's workers are better-paid and treated than those at rival airlines.
