A leading e-tail body has today issued a list of top 10 tips to make you feel warm and cosy about shopping online.

The Interactive Media in Retail Group (IMRG) believes more people now want to buy goods via the web as they don't feel safe on the streets in the wake of 11 September and the anthrax scares - but many of them don't think the web is safe either.
