Fast-food giant McDonalds is to open a cyber-café in Tel Aviv as it attempts to cater to the needs of high-tech savvy teenagers.

The fast food giant opened the restaurant on Sunday with facilities to allow 20 people to surf the web at $2 for 20 minutes.

McDonalds will not be opening the restaurant on the Sabbath or on religious holidays.
