The site, vanessafeltz.co.uk, features an image of the front cover of Readers' Wives, a top-shelf title owned by Express Newspapers proprietor Richard Desmond.
TV presenter Feltz writes columns in The Express and OK! Magazine - both titles owned by Richard Desmond.
A spokeswoman from Northern & Shell, the publisher of Readers' Wives and around 50 other adult titles, said it was "very unlikely" that the company had any connection with vanessafeltz.co.uk, but was unable to confirm this.
She added that Northern & Shell is actively looking for a buyer for their adult portfolio.
Graham Shear, a lawyer at Teacher, Stern and Selby who acts on Feltz's behalf, has confirmed she is taking legal action to reclaim ownership of the domain name. He has contacted the owners on her behalf, and is awaiting a reply.
"It's an unattractive connection," he said. "It's not the most horrific one I have seen but nonetheless it doesn't enhance her profile. So we are taking steps to deal with it."
UK2.net, which registered vanessafeltz.co.uk on behalf of a man named Dean Commodore, did not return our emails and faxes seeking comment.
