The contract includes the creation of a Web site for Miller Freeman's Wall Street and Technology journal. The site - at www.WSTonline.com - provides Wall Street's financial IT community with trend-watch reports.

ICL will use its own content management system for the project, allowing Miller Freeman to create distinct online brands for various publications.
