This year's Wedding and Home Magazine bride of the year, Tami Gilbert met her husband-to-be on an Internet dating site.
The happy couple met last year while Tami, a trainee nurse at Sheffield University, was trawling the Web to avoid revising for her exams. After three weeks of email contact, the two arranged to meet. The couple won £30,000 of prizes including a dress, a cake, a honeymoon in the Maldives and, rather less romantically, a dishwasher.
