Will the BBC become less forgetful?

For all its wonderful iPlayer technology, the BBC seems to be getting more forgetful:

They keep forgetting to upload radio programs to their iPlayer service.

The BBC seems to ignore message via their "contact us" facility telling them about missing programmes;

They sometimes respond to "complaints."

Perhaps the next version of iPlayer could include an alarm clock to remind BBC staff?
