I can see the ISPs being really happy with this one. They are already complaining about the BBC I-player because it is actually putting content that customer want over their infrastructure, and showing it up for what how poor it really is. Up to 8MB but only if you live next dor to the exchange and nobody elese in your town is using the internet at the same time as you.
I can just imagine their reaction when people start adding mibile services over their connections as well, particulalry for streamed applications.
