OK, let's start to plan the barrage of complaint letters to any airline that actually does this. I, for one, have no wish to forced to listen to the ramblings of some deluded soul who thinks they cannot be out of touch with family/friends/work/whatever for the short duration of any flight in Europe, let alone the UK.
