Well done to Ms Reding. What she is demanding is not rocket science at all. It is being done right now in Africa excellently well by the Celtel group (to be re-branded ZAIN). In the over 15 countries where Celtel operates, a celtel customer can make/receive calls, send/receive text messages at the same rates as in his/her home country.
Bravo to Celtel, Bravo to Africa for leading the way on this !!!
