This latest announcement from Google has once again highlighted the need for better mobile technology, which will allow people to continue working efficiently while on the go.

It’s surprising how many companies are still paper-based and I hope that by making mobile technology more widely accessible, then more firms will be able to utilise it and improve their customer relationship management.

I will certainly be keeping a close eye on the situation as it unfolds and looking into how Sawfish Software could use these emerging technologies to benefit its customer base.
