As a CIO, I have found that IT Technicians and Staff generally resist using Apple products because of their general training is usually MCSE or Cisco. Rarely do they have any experience in MacOSX, and most of the IT people I know are somewhat intransigent when it comes to changing or adding platforms.
So, it comes as no surprise that the Jury has voted this way. But they should take heed. This product demand is driven from the bottom-up. There is huge demand from the rank-and-file. They want it. They best they can do is quit whining and give them what they want
