I know the problem all to well, except I get calls to go and fix networks because someone didn't think they needed to set up any knid of security or decided to turn it off so they can game on-line at the office. In America, if a wireless network is not secure enough or just left open, everyone attempts a free ride and a few attempt to "liberate" personal information.
