Ever since the generic word GAY was taken to 'brand' a particular group, more and more 'generic' English words have been used in the same way.
The courts should stop this nonsense and ban words such as 'Easy' and even 'McDonalds' from being used as Brand names. No Company should be allowed to exercise any control over them.
