Orange ought to look to their own first and get their accounting software and administration practices right.
For example, holding onto a cheque for a bill payment, filing it instead of cashing it, then cutting you off for being in arrears and then charging you for all this, is not what I would call good administration.
Total inability to give a partial credit, because "Our accounting procedures do not allow for that"
