Orange has updated its small-business-oriented mobile tariffs.

The operator launched the Solo, Venture and Momentum tariffs in May last year. Solo is targeted at the self-employed, Venture is for businesses with between one and 10 employees and Momentum is aimed at larger businesses.

In the tariff refresh, announced yesterday, Solo customers will get a choice of either unlimited calls to UK landlines or unlimited texts. They will also get calls to 28 countries as part of their inclusive minutes, if they are on the £40 or £45 per month tariffs. Taking a contract of longer than 18 months will earn the customer extra minutes.

Venture customers get the same deal, except they can get both unlimited UK landline calls and unlimited texts if they are on 24- or 36-month contracts. Momentum customers get unlimited Orange-to-Orange calls on contracts more than 18 months, along with 20 per cent more inclusive minutes. A 36-month contract will earn Momentum customers a 20 per cent line rental discount.
