Juicy deal on the cards

Orange is rumoured to be in talks with US operators about launching a branded mobile service in America.

According to this morning's FT, the potential partners are Cingular (a joint venture between SBC and BellSouth) and Sprint.

Orange's board is expected to debate the proposals in June, and if given the go-ahead could see the company launch in the US before the end of the year.
