Logica has joined forces with Orange to begin live trials of a new multimedia messaging service (MMS) over the Logica's GPRS network.
The Logica service will allow users to send and receive mobile messages containing audio, pictures, animation and real time video streaming.
Orange said it will use the trials to evaluate market interest in MMS services, with a view to developing its own range of services.
