Good article. I would like to add one more component to this discussion, without a good QOS on the network Video will still have choppy video. Companies like Masergy that offer 5 or 6 different levels of QOS and can segment your video and voice off will greatly enhance your video stream.
Law firms, finance and manufacturing are great candidates for video and can reduce their deposition costs or quality testing because people don't have to travel. It is really starting to take off as a valid technology.
I would definitley like to hear more about it in the near future. Thanks.
