Of course, the claims about the tickets having a the persons name on it are utter rubbish. FIFA gives ticket to FA's all around the world with that FA's name on it. These are some of the tickets that the touts are selling. Ask yourself how most stadium are packed with supporters when only a small percent have been sold to fans, answer, they bought tickets from touts.
