This is what the BBC news service is saying. Companies MUST have a TV licence to view TV content on computers! They make no attempt to warn users before watching such content. In fact it's the 7th question down in the FAQ's.
They should give warnings but they don't! So be warned!
An inevitable development but how will the BBC get...
