Why should we put up with this lousy 'funeral match broadband". Refuse to pay until you get the actual broadband speed. Check your speed with a broadband speed checker and document it. I was not even getting 1meg when I was been charged for a 8meg. When to court and won the cost. In Europe they get a standard 24meg with landline phone which is free, cable TV and yes broadband all for 30Euros. The speed does not drop below 18meg. So where are we going wrong - BT. They will not let anyone else provide a better service. Period.
