Vapourware I'm afraid, at least in the UK. Try talking to any telco about delivering IP over fibre and listen to the deafening silence. I've got fibre into my business, it ends in a box on the wall next to my single analogue telephone line installed for my broadband service. Try to find any one who knows anything about how to deliver IP over it. I stand to be corrected.
