In my opinion this is a very difficult position to put isp's in.
On one hand AI is correct that the internet is about freedom of information to all, on the other hand what can we do regarding certain country's opinion on freedom of information.
I feel that the worst thing that could happen, without restrictions the contries with 'freedom of information' issues may just pull the plug on the internet within their countries.
Surly some internet (which is unfortunately restricted) is better than none at all.
We are slowly entering into the same position as these countries through the amount of monitoring that now happens, is this not a form of restriction as well.
