I have been with Toucan for just over 2 years, and I have found their Customer Service to be first class. I will not be amused if the Pipex takeover degrades the service in any way. I don't want to prejudge, but the previous contributer's comment is not an isolated case. Customer Service is a crucial aspect of any provision. After all, the customer is of first importance. No customer = no business. So, Pipex, please ensure that the service Toucan have given me since 2004 continues, or even improves, from 2007 onwards.
