I hope Pipex make a better job of integrating these two ISP's into the business than they have done with Freedom2surf (f2s). They took over the ISP last Autumn and the problems seemed to start almost from day one. An ongoing masterclass in how to destroy brand value! F2s were top notch - until the takeover - try ringing their support number now (10 mths after takeover) and see if anyone answers!
