I run a small business from home with a another guy. We use a VPN over a 2MB connection. I'd jump at the chance of a 24 mb connection. I'm sure there are many more like me. In Japan they've had cheap broadband that exceeds these speeds for a number of years.
If anyone thinks this won't be the standard speed in 18 months time I just think they're silly.
