
Electronics giant moving into internet access...

Sony Japan is going to offer high-speed internet access ADSL access.
The Japanese electronics giant will offer consumers ADSL access for less than half the price of an equivalent service from NTT, according to the Financial Times. Yahoo Japan is also set to offer the service.
Sony hopes to have 300,000 subscribers by March 2002.
