BT said on Sunday that it may float shares in Concert, its telecoms joint venture with AT&T, according to the UK's Sunday Business.
The move is expected to value the business at £20bn.
The report states BT's intends to use the float to bolster its own faltering share price and to raise money so that it can offer Concert managers share options.
