Bull Information Systems has won a contract to provide customer care and billing services for satellite mobile phone operator, Globalstar Americas Corporation (GAC).
The contract, which Bull declined to put a figure on, includes delivery, installation and deployment of its ABC (administration, billing and customer care) product.
GAC runs Globalstar's operations across Central America, and will deploy ABC in seven countries. The contract is part of a wider contract for Bull to provide billing services for Globalstar's worldwide operations.
