Manchester Airport has signed a £250,000 deal with Norweb Communications which will see the telecoms provider supply ISDN voice services to various sites on the airport complex.
Using Synchronised Digital Hierarchy (SDH) technology, the deal will see Terminal One supplied with Express30 - providing up to 60 independent 64Kbps channels. Each one will have an independent dialling capacity and an operating speed of 2Mbps.
